Who Am I

Having worked in both the public and private sector of the Health and Fitness industry I was fortunate enough to experience wonderful diversity with different clients. From working with a Water Polo athlete to a 70 year old stroke survivor and Friday’s group recovering from heart surgeries.

Having gone through peri-menopause and beyond into menopause I am passionate about shouting out the massive benefits that can be had from strength training for midlife women.

WhY WORK WITH ME?

I’ve been where you are now, I absolutely get what women go through and I understand the effort we sometimes have to make to just get through the day.

I’ve also experienced the impact strength training has had on me, my body and my energy levels and I want that for EVERY woman.
