My story
I spent 16 years in the Health & Fitness industry, from Fitness Instructor to working my way up to Gym Manager whilst having a side hustle of Personal Training.
Children came along and I retrained to become a teacher and for over 20 years I taught at a large Sixth Form College in the South of England.
After taking early retirement, I was keen to bring all the skills, knowledge and experience together from both careers. Having navigated the transition from peri-menopause and beyond, my focus is now helping midlife women embrace strength training.
I’ve witnessed the remarkable benefits it can offer during this transition and I am passionate about sharing my expertise.
My goal is to encourage and support women in reclaiming their strength, confidence and resilience.
